No S Diet
I’m just finishing up my second week of the “No S Diet”. It’s so easy and so logical, that I think this one is actually going to work. I’ve been on just about every diet imaginable, yet continue to struggle with weight. I’ve lost about 4 pounds in two weeks. I’ve certainly lost it faster in the past using things like Atkins, but the weight always comes back quicker than it comes off. This one seems truly different. I don’t have to count calories, weigh and measure or avoid certain foods. A diet I can do without much effort that is actually working? Hallelujah!
One thing this book talks about is that when you start on a new diet, ask yourself if you can stay on that diet for the rest of your life. If the answer is NO, then you might as well not even start because you’re doomed from the beginning.
The NO S Diet is really simple - no Sweets, no Seconds and no Snacks except on days that begin with S. I can easily do this the rest of my life!
